02. Can I change my order?

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If you want to change your order, please telephone on 1-800-553-3332, and if it has not yet been processed we will change or re-issue a new amended order.

03. Do you offer gift wrapping options?

Yes we offer Gift Wrap on a small assortment of products.  There is a $3.99 flat charge for each item you wish to be gift wrapped.  Gift Wrap charges are non-refundable.

04. Can I return items to a store?

No, if you made a purchase from Infinityspeakers.com then you must call our customer service at 1-800-553-3332 to set up a return. Conversely we do not accept returns from other retailers on Infinity products unless it is for a warranty claim.

05. When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?

Once we have received the item into our warehouse we aim to process a refund onto the original payment card within two weeks.

06. If I return all the items in my order will I still be charged for delivery?

We will refund you  within 30 days of your original purchase for any reason.  Gift Wrap charges are non-refundable.

07. What should I do if my credit/debit card has been refused when placing an order?

Check that all the details you have entered on the checkout page are correct. If it is refused after that, try another credit card.

08. How do I know what I was charged for shipping?

Ground Shipping is free. Charges for any service other than Ground will be displayed when you select the desired method at checkout. Also a summary of charges including Shipping is included in the confirmation email we send you after placing an order.

11. What do I do if my product breaks down during the warranty period?

If products are under warranty, your order confirmation email/delivery note is your proof of purchase/receipt and you should call our one of customer service representatives at 1-800-553-3332 who will able assist you further.
